Juli Fournier represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of corporate and general business law matters and is responsible for all securities issues presented to the firm. Her experience includes transactions such as offerings of securities, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of operating businesses, financings and loan transactions, and structuring and re-structuring various businesses including corporations, limited liability companies and general and limited partnerships. She advises clients regarding loan, non-competition, employment , security, escrow, guaranty, complex settlement and merger agreements, promissory notes, financing statements and many other types of business contracts. Ms. Fournier also represents a wide range of non-profit organizations and assists with obtaining 501c3 status for many of them. Ms. Fournier is active in her church, is a volunteer for Interfaith Ministries, and lives in Sugar Land with her husband and two children.
