Andrew's practice includes the representation of buyers and sellers in both real estate and corporate transactions. Andrew particularly enjoys assisting clients in overcoming tax-related obstacles and utilizing tax planning strategies to assist clients in optimizing business operations. Prior to going to law school, Andrew began his career as licensed stock broker and investment adviser.

Andrew has found that often the most efficient way in which to enhance a client's financial picture is to reexamine the tax ramifications of the client's business activities. Andrew draws upon his deep commitment to his clients and uncompromising work ethic to achieve his clients' goals.
