Biography

Chris Hanno's success as a commercial real estate lawyer speaks for itself. He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas board of Legal Specialization and has earned the trust of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.  These include acquisition, financing, development and disposition of retail, multi-family and office properties, as well as condominium and homeowners' associations, and mobile home developments. Chris has an equally strong background in commercial leasing representing commercial landlords and tenants in retail and office leases. Chris' financing experience extends to asset based loans, project lending and reserve based credit facilities. Chris represents businesses and investors in formation and structuring of entities, purchases and sales of businesses, mergers and reorganizations, borrowing and lending and various other contractual agreements. Chris works tirelessly to ensure the transaction process moves as quickly as possible, emphasizing personal service as well as results.
