Michael is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. As a native Houstonian, Michael possesses a deep understanding of the local business landscape and has built a reputation for his unwavering commitment to his client's success. Michael joined the firm in law school and has extensive experience handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, construction contracts, loan documents, title documents, restrictive covenants, and closing documents. Michael also advises clients on corporate matters, including entity formation, operating agreements, and corporate governance. Michael represents developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, franchisees and entrepreneurs in all sectors of the real estate industry, including retail, multifamily, office, industrial and raw land transactions.
